My Yoga Journey


Hi, my name is Sarah. I'm 28 years old and from California. I have decided to start this blog about My Yoga Journey. I've always had an interest in yoga and recently noticed there was a yoga studio near my house. So, in August, 2012 I decided to try it out and LOVED IT! I have been going 3-4 times a week since. I am now also taking the Teacher Training Program. It's a 9 month program and when it is completed I will become a certificated yoga instructor. Here I will blog about my yoga practice, how I feel, my happiness, fears and my goals, what I learn, vent (if needed), my progress and anything else to do with My Yoga Journey.
